Making a dental practice sound like people
A practice with excellent reviews nobody could find, and a social presence that read like a compliance document.

The problem
Healthcare marketing that sounds like a leaflet gets ignored, and a practice cannot say most of the things that make a story interesting. Their existing posts were stock images of teeth.
What we did
We moved everything to the hygienists — thirty-second answers to the questions patients actually ask, filmed in the chair, in plain language. Paired with a small, tightly geofenced paid campaign around the two neighbourhoods the practice draws from.
What happened
Sixty-two new patients traced to social in the first six months at forty-one dollars each, and a review average that climbed as more of the right people walked in.
We had been told to post more. She was the first person to tell us what to post, and then to just go and do it.
